I am a nurse and since having to wear full PPE and taking my glasses on and off to clean them, my glasses had stretched and kept falling down my nose....the last thing you want the minute you enter an isolation bay! But thanks to Justin today for fixing my glasses and giving me lots of microfibre wipes to clean them with....all free of charge! Such an amazing local business and I will certainly be returning for new glasses when this is all over 😷🌈🤓

First time using an independent Optician since I've needed glasses and after waiting every 2 years for my test and new glasses this is the only place that has told me I should be getting them tested annually as I'm diabetic. First class old school customer service like you used to get but rarely find these days

After an extremely thorough eye test I was pretty set on getting yet another pair of Oakleys which are my go-to brand. I am glad I didn't as Justin recommended some carbon fibre frames which were even better, knowing exactly what I was after. Fantastic service that you just don't find in the large chains.

Rang Friday as my sons glasses had completely broken into bits. Got appointment Saturday for eye test. Glasses ordered and here by Tuesday. Brilliant service. Now he's happy he can see again.

Fantastic service. Friendly, genuine. Justin spent half hr just helping me pick the right style frames then when they came he spent 40mins altering them so they fit perfectly. 1st class service, never felt rushed or hurried and best of all it was no dearer than Boots or Specsavers which is where I used to go!!
